JET COMPANION was founded in 2019 and is a 100% privately owned Canadian aeromedical transport provider. We are based in Alberta, Canada and operate patient transfers as requested by families or on behalf of assistance centers, insurance companies, and a variety of public or corporate organizations.
Our internationally operating team of commercial medical escorts fly all over the world, with a focus on missions that start or finish in Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, Toronto or Montreal.
All our medical escorts are fully licensed health care providers and combine their flight position with active practice in their areas of expertise, for example dementia care, critical care or psychiatry. Jet Companion collaborates with several assistance partners and service providers in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Asia to provide comprehensive door-to-door, wing-to-wing, bed-to-bed or airport-to-airport medical transport solutions at an affordable cost to our clients.

Jet Companion was invaluable in organizing a trip for my elderly mother to fly by private charter to our home for Christmas and her 90th birthday. Rudy, our main contact, took care of everything from finding the private charter to choosing a wonderful RN, Dianne, to accompany my mom on her flights. Dianne put my mom at ease and made her flight safe and enjoyable. We were able to spend precious time with my mom whose dementia and cancer are progressing. This may be her last trip and we will have these memories forever. I am so appreciated that I found Jet Companion to support me with the travel of my disabled sister and elderly mother from Hong Kong to Vancouver. They received excellent assistance in-flight with feeding, toileting and medication. The nurse was so nice and accountable. I worked with Jet Companion over more than one and a half years to properly plan the transfer. During this period we received many valuable recommendations and options, always a prompt reply, plenty of value added services, and the willingness to help find answers and solutions, even when it was not directly related to the flight companion services. The fee is very reasonable. I would highly recommend Jet Companion.
Jet Companion organized the transport of a friend with a serious illness, back to the Netherlands. They arranged everything from door to door and stayed in contact with everyone involved in this operation. Everything matched up and our friend arrived safely in Rotterdam.
